Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a combination of standing poses, balance poses, and floor poses taught at a slow pace to increase strength, range of motion, breath capacity, and to soften the thoughts in our mind. This class is suitable for all levels.
This is a weekly class.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a wonderful practice of long held poses meant to increase range of motion, open energy meridians, and push against our comfort zone through the sensation of stretch. This can give us a euphoric experience coming out of the pose as well as soften our reactions to our world.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is meant for people of all ages who have issues with mobility or balance. This class incorporates both seated and standing poses, focuses on joint mobility, creating stability, cardiovascular health, and brain work.
This is a weekly class.
